The included breakfast was nice for the price, and the air conditioning worked well. The rest wasn't so great: there was no kitchen or water filter, and our bathroom was in very poor condition. The Wi-Fi upstairs was terrible. I think I may have gotten a bed bug bite, though I'm not sure it came from this place.

The room was much darker than the photos suggested, with an extremely tiny window. There was water damage in the bathroom, supposedly handled with a bucket underneath. When I came back that evening, it had overflowed and the whole floor was wet. Worst of all, animals under the roof ran around all night and kept me from sleeping. The staff also didn't give off good vibes. I wouldn't recommend it; for that price, you'd be better off in a nice shared room.

The staff were amazing, spoke English, and made the place feel safe, warm, and relaxed. Breakfast was delicious every morning, too. The location is excellent, right by the beach and close to bars and restaurants. We'll be back.
