Surrounded by nature, there are both chalets and rooms at this pousada, about a 20-minute drive from Itacaré. Our family chalet had a kitchen and bathroom, with two double beds and one single. There’s a pool, a pool table, and parking on site, plus cafes, shops, and groceries nearby. The beach is close too, and the staff were friendly, quick to respond, and helpful. Breakfast is a buffet for an extra 30 reis per person. Check-in starts at 2 pm, and check-out is by 11:50 am.

The chalets are perfect, and the place itself is wonderful. I’ve seen few hotel or pousada pools as good as this one. Since it’s surrounded by trees, which is a lovely touch, there are lots of mosquitoes at night, so bring repellent.

It’s a lovely place. Some areas were still being built when we visited, but the place is great.

We were welcomed so warmly, and the place is cozy, with polite people and an excellent price. The pool is huge. It’s a bit far from the beaches if you’re taking the bus, though a few minutes by car sorts that out. I’ll definitely return, and I recommend it to anyone.

If you want somewhere peaceful to rest, this is a great fit. You’re right among nature, with the sound of flowing water and birds singing.
