Hotel Luma

The best part was the service. Everyone was really polite and ready to help with whatever I needed. The hotel feels cozy, and it's in a very quiet spot with a lovely view to enjoy over coffee at the start of the day.

We stayed one night, and it was so hot that nobody could sleep without the air conditioning. There's no ventilation at all. I liked the breakfast, with a few kinds of fruit and fresh juices, but the bed felt like a plank, and the floor might've been better. There's no mini-fridge either. The people at reception were very polite, and you can ask them to keep your water in their fridge.

The main issue was how the hotel handled our request to reverse the payment so we could use another card. They weren't helpful and argued instead of doing what we asked. The bed and pillows were poor quality, the shower was clogged, and there wasn't a soap holder.

I managed to get some rest, and breakfast was simple but better than at a few places I've been. The view is really beautiful, and the older man at reception and the older woman who cleans were wonderful. The rooms aren't among the worst, and they're quite clean. But a young man and woman working there acted like they were above everyone. They wouldn't greet me or even look at me. They also switch off the air conditioning when you least expect it, so you have to leave the room and ask them to turn it back on. I'd still go there for work, but not for a trip. Some staff, or maybe the owners, I'm not sure who they are, were just too disrespectful.
