I didn’t use the room, but the receptionists looked after me really well while I was there. That makes it seem like a welcoming, healthy environment.

For 170 reais, a room with a bathroom should offer more. There’s no breakfast, air conditioning or minibar, and the bed and bath linens are second-rate. The room is clean, but service is weak. Nobody stays at reception, so you always have to call someone to get help. It’s very expensive for so little.

The room was basic, but clean and tidy. The service was wonderful, and reception was proactive and very helpful. Congratulations on a job well done.

We were treated really well and found the price fair. After we were practically kicked out of Mar Hotel in Balneário Camboriú, they welcomed us here. Congratulations.
