Planas Hotel

I only ended up here because the place I’d booked was full. After traveling, all I wanted was a shower, but the room was awful. There was cigarette smoke in the corridors, and the window opened onto a spot where people tossed cigarette butts, right beside the breakfast area. I took a photo, which is in the attachments. The minibar had been defrosted and left full of puddled water, and their water filter was so slow that barely anything came out, then they wanted to sell me bottled water. I was glad I had my bike, so I went out riding, got pizza, and stayed out until almost midnight because I couldn’t stand being in that room. Sleeping in a motel would’ve been better. I paid 170.00 for one night in a horrible room: stained walls, no face towel, and no toilet brush, so what I did in there left marks. They only gave me soap after I asked, otherwise they’d have sold me the housekeeper’s soap. There was hair in the bathroom, something on the shower wall that looked like slime, and a leftover bit with hairs on the wall by the soap dish. The blanket had holes in it. To use the controls, I had to take the one from the air conditioner and put it on the TV. The air conditioner did cool well, and the TV picture was good. I looked at the comments over breakfast, and they matched what I’d experienced. Never again.

My husband and I couldn’t take it and moved to another hotel. The place was noisy, dirty, and smelled bad. There was hair in the bathrooms, leftover soap in the shower, and we had to ask for a fresh bar. The sheets and pillowcases smelled unpleasant too. I can’t see how this could be called a hotel. I don’t recommend it.

It’s a very budget-friendly hotel, so anyone looking for real luxury should choose a luxury place. I liked it a lot: our room was good, the price was great, and the service was perfect. Breakfast was quite complete, and the place was peaceful and quiet.

The sheets in my room were dirty, with hair and blood on them. It was disgusting and smelled awful. The whole hotel smelled moldy too, and my nose started to block up as soon as I walked into the room. If you have a problem with mold, don’t go in. Don’t the owners notice this?
