We only stayed one night, but had a really good experience. The administration staff were friendly and helpful, and we were warmly welcomed. There are bikes for exploring the area, though we didn’t use them, and beach chairs and an umbrella are included for anyone heading to the beach. We also had delicious pizza made right there that evening. About the smell mentioned, I thought it came from the wooden table and chairs, but it didn’t make us uncomfortable. I’d definitely return.

The location was really good. The cakes at breakfast seemed to be the same for all three days we stayed, though maybe they changed and just tasted the same, haha. Also, the musty smell in the breakfast area was very strong.

The rates were very expensive, but the hotel fell far short of what they should get you. My room was not cleaned once during my three-day stay, and I only got towels because I asked the woman in the hallway. The reception staff seemed very amateur, and there was no maintenance in the rooms, where furniture was peeling, or outside, where the area I saw was “under renovation.” I think the hotel used to be very good, but it isn’t anymore and didn’t match what I saw. It’s listed as three stars, though I’d give it two at most. If you pay that much, the facilities and service should be up to the same standard. I won’t return or recommend it.
