6/10
The bed is great and breakfast is huge, though the hotel has a few drawbacks. The reception service is poor, and there aren't enough parking spaces, so the valet may leave your car on the street. There's no room service, only food from third-party restaurants. Internet gets bad when the hotel is full. The TV is small but has lots of channels. The location is extremely good.

10/10
The views over the city are lovely, and the hotel is very well placed. Most things are within walking distance, the price is reasonable for what you get, and the service is great. They speak decent English too. It's a nice three-star place, and I'd definitely recommend it.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the downtown location is excellent. Breakfast has a great selection, including delicious traditional pão de queijo, Brazilian cheese bread.

2/10
The location was the only good part. Despite the no-smoking policy, all the rooms smelled strongly of smoke, and the place wasn't very clean, especially given the rather high cleaning fee. It was a terrible experience, and I wouldn't return.

The location is perfect, and the hotel was excellent. My room was comfortable and the service was great.
