I only stayed one night, but it was a really relaxing and wonderful stay. The location made it easy to get around the city, with a restaurant and mercado within walking distance. The staff were amazing and very attentive. My room worked perfectly for one person, though it had a bed for two. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. The towels and bedsheet smelled fresh, and they provided soap and shampoo. There was Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning, a fan, and a fridge in the room, plus free parking. Breakfast was ready early at 6:30 am, with coffee, juice, vitamina, fruit, and cake, all fresh. I asked reception for a wake-up call because I had an important meeting, and they called right on time and checked that I was awake. The stay left me wanting to stay longer. If I'm in Itajubá again, I'd choose Hotel Oriente. It was perfect and very affordable. Highly recommended.

The bus station is close enough to walk to, so there was no need for a taxi. The staff are always helpful, and breakfast is great. There's free internet with good speed too. I can absolutely recommend this hotel.

A very good hotel, with a convenient location, clean rooms, fair prices, and very good staff. Recommended.

The first time I stayed here was fine, but the second visit wasn't as good. The room felt cramped, and the internet was very slow.
