Hostel Pedacinho do Céu

It was alright.

Great!

Really good!

The only thing I really appreciated was the care from Ingrid and Diego. They were always trying to make things better for us. The place itself didn’t feel suitable or properly set up for rentals. The room was extremely small and hot, and the fan couldn’t cool it down. There should be air conditioning, a minibar, and a folding door for the bathroom. The bathroom was tiny, I could barely get into the suite, and the water barely came out. The pool water was yellow-green and smelled bad. We only went in because there really wasn’t anywhere else for us to stay in town. There’s no security. The gate was always open, and I kept waking up in the night worried someone might come in. Cars and motorcycles were coming and going all the time, so we couldn’t tell if they belonged to guests or if something was wrong. There wasn’t anyone assigned to cleaning, and the receptionist had to do everything at once. The service from Giovana was awful. She seemed completely unwilling to work and was unbelievably arrogant. For a guesthouse, there were no sheets or towels. The room and bathroom were far too cramped, and the fan just wasn’t enough.
