Nobile Grand Itapema

There was no hot water in the shower, and the sauna I booked for 20:00 was broken. Traffic can make it a little noisy. Otherwise, it was okay.

The breakfast had a great selection and was served at an easy pace. The rooms were comfortable, and the service ran smoothly. The hotel also feels pleasant, with a new structure.

The room was great, and so was the breakfast, but the night reception service was awful. I went down twice because the intercom wasn't working, which I needed for delivery orders. I also asked whether they had bottled water instead of cans, since the canned water tasted horrible. The man at reception told me to go back upstairs and wait, saying he'd come right over, but he never came to check or fix the intercom or bring the water. It was the worst service I've had, especially since I paid for the hotel's most expensive room. What a disgrace.

The hot water was the one thing that really annoyed me. Every time I tried to shower after 9 p.m., the water stayed cold, so if you want a hot shower, do it by 7 p.m. The bathroom sink never had hot water either. Apart from that, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spacious and well furnished.
