I spent some time here and had a great stay with my family. The rooms, toilet, and service were all incredible, and everyone I met was very friendly. Thanks for everything.

I left my silver chain at the hotel and went back to get it. The room attendant had taken it, apparently, but didn't come forward, and they never gave it back to me.

The only reason this wasn't even more awful was the friendly housekeeping staff. We stayed because it was very cold and my husband was sick and exhausted, but when I called ahead to ask about vacancies, they should have made clear that this was a motel being advertised as a hotel. Calling it a hotel feels misleading. The room was horrible, and I can't imagine anyone feeling any excitement in a place like that. The food was bad, and the caipirinha I ordered tasted like straight alcohol. There was only one bath towel; I asked twice for another and never got one. They knew they had a couple of regular guests, yet put a very loud couple in the room next to ours, so we could hear everything. If they're going to serve both kinds of guests, they should at least keep overnight visitors apart. Avoid this dump.
