I thought the whole thing was absurd. They promise in the contract to clean the common areas, and verbally they said it would happen every other day, but the house is constantly dirty.

I wouldn't recommend it. The place is dirty, and the bathrooms are even worse, with a moldy smell everywhere and mold on the walls. The refrigerators are unbelievably filthy, and security in the house also leaves a lot to be desired. The price is far too high for what they offer.

Really bad. The house is dark and smells bad and moldy. The bathroom is small, the water filter is dirty, and there were lots of cockroaches and ants in the room. The administrators won't admit the condition of the house and didn't provide immediate service. A deplorable situation. I don't recommend it.

The welcome and service were good, and the place is great. It's very close to the SP Morumbi metro station. I recommend it!

We were shown around by Gabriel, who was really friendly and answered all our questions about the location and nearby area. I was only there to look at a room to rent, but the place itself is lovely, quiet, and spacious.
