Charlie’s whole automatic check-in, future-of-hospitality pitch is a joke when there’s no support to sort anything out. Guests are left waiting on service, even though check-in is at 3 pm and check-out at 11 am. We couldn’t even get in at 3, which is already very late. Then at 10 in the morning, the cleaner knocked and started entering the room with the code a minute later, as if nobody was inside. It was embarrassing. How can they be unable to manage their own apartments? We’ll pursue our rights. Don’t stay here!

The apartments look modern and attractive, but the service was awful and maintenance seems neglected. We stayed in two units. In the first, the bathroom had a leak, the toilet was clogged, the TV console’s LED kept blinking, and the desk lamp was broken. In the second, the main bedroom light was out, there was no bathroom water because the cold-water valve was shut, and the sink was clogged. We contacted support to get things fixed, but it was all through a chatbot and we weren’t helped properly. Neither room’s Wi-Fi was accessible until my husband figured out how to fix it. I wouldn’t stay again.

I liked the setup: remote front desk and room access with a door code.

Good location, clean, and a comfortable bed.
