Horrible. There was no one on site to help with the many problems during my stay, just a useless chat where nobody ever helps. They advertise WiFi in the apartment, but there wasn't any. It was very dirty, with no cleaning.

The bed was uncomfortable, the bedding was really poor, and the cleaning was only so-so. Wi-Fi didn’t work, and street noise was loud. The facial entry system also failed.

This was my second stay, and the place is comfortable. I just wish there were a hygienic shower and an easier check-in system.

The bathroom toilet was completely filthy when I arrived at night. Disgusting. They offered no help, said they’d send someone to clean it the next day, and still didn’t. The app support was awful too. They just stopped replying. It was the most outrageous thing I’ve ever been through.

The electronic lock on the apartment broke shortly before I left. To get in, I also had to call the front desk because the biometric system failed, and a website problem meant I had to submit my documents twice.
