Being right in front of the kitesurf beach is a real plus. We could negotiate the price easily given the room's quality. The room was clean, but there was no bed cover, and it had no windows, just blinds, probably to keep costs down. Tap water looked yellow, and my friends found sand in their room. The pool water was 15-20cm too low, and credit cards weren't accepted.

The staff were absolutely unfriendly, and the owner tried to arrange what felt like unserious deals over WhatsApp. After check-in, they tried to hold my luggage until I paid the second 50% of the price. The shower water was so unpleasant I nearly puked, and there was a smell all over the hotel, including the kitestorage. This was disappointing and not worth even a 1-star rating. Please don't book here.

We arrived to find our rooms unmade and mould in the fridge. The owner, Rob, was very rude. He accused us of price cutting and insulted us without reason. He doesn't know how to treat guests. There are plenty of beautiful accommodations right next to here, so stay elsewhere.

They moved people's rooms without permission while those people were out kitesurfing. The hotel was in place, but the attitude toward everybody was bad. Just a bad experience overall, the worst I've ever encountered.

The kite spot right in front is in a great location. A few of the apartments are really good, though some feel very tired.
