Our check-in was awful. The owner made us feel unwelcome, changed the Booking.com price to one that was 300% higher when we arrived, and immediately canceled our reservation. I wouldn't trust this place. Staying here isn't worth the hassle.

The staff were so helpful and welcoming that we felt at home from our first day. We spent six days at Pousada Encantus with my family, and it was a wonderful stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety and care put into it. It’s a peaceful, cozy place that’s very well looked after, just right for family time and a proper rest. We left with good memories and would definitely return. I recommend Pousada Encantus to anyone looking for a special place to stay.
