Lar Doce Lar Hostel & Pousada

The location worked well for me, and inside the room there was nothing I could fault. The bed linen and towels were clean and smelled fresh, the mattress was great, and both the room and bathroom were clean. The ceiling fan and TV worked too. Everything was very basic, but that was fine since I only needed a place to sleep for one night. When I first arrived, though, the outside gave me a bit of a neglected impression and made me uneasy. Breakfast was a plus, but it ended at 8 in the morning, which I think could be a little later.

Good afternoon. It's a quiet, peaceful place with a big parking area. Simple and cozy, with attentive people and good service. Breakfast was simple but tasty.

The receptionists were polite, friendly, and kind. The place is very simple, but spotlessly clean. Only one room had air conditioning. The bathroom was spacious and nice, with a great shower and a hair dryer, though it could use some hooks for towels or clothes. Wi-Fi was excellent and free throughout the property, including in the room. The double mattress was comfortable, but having the bed pushed against the wall wasn't practical, and there was a bedside table and outlet missing on each side. Breakfast was simple, fresh, and clean. For somewhere this basic, I expected a lower price, though I'd stay there again if I needed to.

The service was really good, and the price was accessible. It's a cozy, family-friendly place, with plenty of parking and Wi-Fi throughout the pousada. I highly recommend it.
