The pool and the area around it were amazing, and the other facilities were great too. The rooms were a little basic, but that was OK. Igor and the team gave us fantastic service and made us feel really welcome and special.

A good venue for weddings, with a nice outdoor pool. There’s a basic gym, plus a snooker table in the bar and table soccer. The restaurant doesn’t operate on Sundays, and the AC was very loud. Clean hotel, friendly people.

The staff were super rude, and I had an awful experience with the cleanliness and food. It’s far too expensive for what it offers. I really wouldn’t recommend it or ever stay there again.

The included breakfast was a plus, but this place wasn’t worth the price. There wasn’t enough variety at breakfast or lunch, and the room and bathroom were both dim. The room was near reception but “outside,” and the WiFi was terrible. The shower kept swinging from burning hot to ice cold without me touching it, and the hairdryer actually sparked the first time I used it. The bedsheet had no elastic and kept coming off. The key chain attached to the room key was huge and a pain to fit in a small pocket for no reason. It also isn’t wheelchair accessible. To reach the bar and rooms on the first floor, someone in a wheelchair has to go outside and take the long way down, with no rain protection on that route.
