The room was in awful shape, and the staff response made it worse. The shower barely gave any water, the air-conditioning remote didn't work, and neither did the USB port. I reported all of it at reception, but they showed no interest and said there were no other rooms. Someone was supposedly going to fix the shower, but nobody came. Avoid this hotel.

I felt powerless leaving this hotel. After staying for 10 nights, I discovered money missing from my room and the front desk did very little when I reported it. I then put up the do not clean sign, but someone still entered, as I could tell the room had been cleaned. Now that I've checked out, I can't find my AirPods either. It doesn't feel fair to pay to stay somewhere and still not feel safe, with staff entering without permission and my belongings apparently being stolen.

Getting around the city from here was easy, and I liked the location. My room was clean and had a good amount of space. The staff were consistently helpful and caring.

It's a standard IBIS, so don't expect too much. The Wi-Fi wasn't working, which is a worst-case situation for me as a foreigner. Nobody spoke English well enough for me to explain the problem.
