The restaurant staff were outstanding. I was really impressed by how they worked, like an artist performing a masterpiece. The food was very good, too, and the place was spectacular. We had an amazing time and can't wait to come back. Happy New Year! The reception could use improvement. They were almost rude whenever we asked for something, even at check-in and checkout. Our room had a very bad smell coming from the bathroom drain, which needs to be checked. The couple staying with us in another room had the same complaint.

The hotel has excellent facilities and a comfortable atmosphere. The service could be better, though. At check-in, the receptionist didn't explain how the hotel worked or share basic information like dining hours. At breakfast, the staff could also have been more attentive and kind. Fixing those parts would make the stay more welcoming.

A great setup for families. The hotel itself is well structured, but the kids' services were the best part. I have a couple of kids, and the facilities for them were awesome.

I've stayed at the Novotel in Itu twice for Tomorrowland now, and I'm planning to return next year. The location works perfectly for the festival, the amenities are great, and the staff are always friendly. A big thanks to housekeeping for keeping our rooms spotless while we were out at the festival. Both stays were comfortable and enjoyable.

We came from Canada for Tomorrowland in early October, and the hotel and its staff were among the things we enjoyed most. Everyone was friendly and eager to help, the food was good, and the pizza at the night buffet deserves a special mention. Thanks again!
