Great.

There's lots of vegetation around, and only a few chalets. I imagine that's to keep the place calm and quiet. The heated pool is spacious and nice, and the games area is fun, though it's already showing wear. The location is easy to reach and surrounded by nature, but the property needs improvements and landscaping. The chalet I stayed in needed a much more thorough cleaning. There were cobwebs and dust on the walls and ceiling, and my son, who has allergies, kept sneezing. The orthopedic mattress is hard, so ask about it beforehand and request a change if you don't like that. Breakfast was simple, with birds for company. I'm not sure if it was from them or from the games chairs, but several tiny ticks got on me and spread around the chalet bathroom. I panicked and showered to get them off. They followed me home because they cling to objects, clothes, and skin, but I did manage to get rid of the tiny things. The path to the pool had somewhat tall grass and little lighting at night. I used a flashlight I brought from home because I'm careful when travelling. In rainy weather, the sloping grass path could be slippery and someone could fall. There were only grassy areas along the way. The staff could be more willing to make a difference. I met about two women who were good, though I don't remember their names. The ones who stood out were the receptionist on arrival and departure, and the woman who served breakfast on our first morning. The breakfast attendant on the second day didn't seem very interested in working. I also returned spoiled melon to reception because it was clearly sour. They don't make meals on site, so we ordered lunch and dinner from Tonilu in the Center and also from Ituana pizzeria during our stay. Both are great restaurants with good quality food, and Tonilu's food is wonderful. A lunch box costs around 38 reais and was plenty for my husband and me. At the chalet, I had a portion of fries and an artisanal sandwich in the evening. There was someone making sandwiches in the snack bar every night, and the food was tasty and well served, but it would be better if there were a restaurant for guests. On the second night, from Saturday into Sunday, everyone left around 8:24 p.m. The snack bar closed, and there was nobody at reception, so guests had no support if anything came up. On Saturday, workers spent more than three hours mowing the grass from before 9 a.m. The machine was noisy, and it was unpleasant. I wouldn't come back under the current conditions.

It's a quiet, family-friendly place. We were five in the apartment, which had lots of space and a huge balcony. The shower was wonderfully hot and strong. We also booked two bioenergetic massages with Sr Assau, who is an excellent massage therapist. Breakfast was exceptional, with a colonial-style spread. Great value for money, and we recommend it. We plan to return.

I'm here with my family and we've had a great stay. The welcome was warm, everything was clean and organized, and the service was wonderful. The pools are great, and breakfast was fantastic. I'll come back as soon as I can. Definitely recommend it.
