The hotel is close to the center, and breakfast starts at 7 a.m. Our towels were very basic and thin. The faucet leaked in our room, and the handheld shower spray soaked the whole bathroom. The shower head also needs cleaning where the water comes out: grime builds up, so water sprays everywhere except down. It felt like some simple maintenance was being missed, especially since the notes on the wall ask guests to save water.

The individual room rate was 120,00 per night. The room was spacious and clean, but the air conditioning wasn't working properly. By the time I noticed, nobody was left at reception, so I had to sit through the heat. The ceiling fan made it a little less bad. The next day, I was told a previous guest had already complained about the air conditioning, but they hadn't paid attention and ended up putting someone else in the room.

The room was okay, and breakfast was simple. At the cave, the guide gave me a hotel flyer and said I'd get a discount if I told them he had recommended the place. I did, but there was no discount to speak of. Still, I'd stay here again.

The breakfast was the standout, with cuscuz, tapioca, plantain, sweet potato, and guava and pineapple juice. The cake was great too. The room was simple but clean, with useful furniture, air conditioning, and a mini fridge. Reception was attentive and helpful, even with our bags. The hotel is well placed near shops, restaurants, and small grocery stores. Wi-Fi and subscription TV were fine. A really rewarding, surprising stay. Excellent coffee.

The service was really good, and the stay turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The room was simple, but had everything I needed, and it was clean and well ventilated. Breakfast was pretty decent too.
