A peaceful, family-friendly pousada in a good location, close to everything.

My experience was awful. The service was horrible, and I didn't like the room. It was stuffy and smelly, and the door lock was broken. The minibar barely cooled anything. You said there would be a stove, microwave, and so on, but none of that was there. All I found was a broken, rusty electric stove, a sink full of dirty dishes covered in spider webs, and piles of dirty sheets on the floor. The corridors were dark and creepy. A broken bed had been placed across the supposed exit, blocking access. They didn't even ask for ID when we came in. I felt the pousada had zero security. The whole place felt sinister and frightening.

The staff are dedicated, and it's a great place for families. The pousada is excellent, and it's only a few meters from the beach and near the airport. I had a great stay and will definitely come back.

We booked 15 days ahead, but when we arrived there was no room for us. The receptionist, who I think is the owner, didn't seem to care that I had to go find another pousada. My experience was terrible. The pool was filthy too.

We had a great time in a family-friendly atmosphere. The pousada has been renovated and looks wonderful now. It's excellent for anyone looking for a stay in Piedade or Recife, close to the airport and beach. I highly recommend it.
