The rooftop and room views were breathtaking, and the room was spacious with a very good bed. But we had several infrastructure problems during our stay from Thursday to Saturday. We had come from Muro Alto, which is quite far away, and needed to get ready quickly for a catamaran trip that evening. Our tickets were already booked online. On Friday there was no hot water, so we had to take a very cold shower in weather that wasn't warm enough for that. I told reception, and they said they'd check, but never got back to me. After the shower, there was no water at all in either the sink or shower. We were in a hurry and should have been notified. I called, but the man stopped answering. Later he replied on WhatsApp that the water was back, though the hot water still hadn't been fixed. We were busy with our itinerary, so we let it go. Before checkout on Saturday, we had another cold shower because the water wouldn't heat up. I didn't follow up that time since we were rushing, so I don't know if the issue had been fixed. Breakfast runs until 10, but when we arrived at 9 there was no bread and some other items were gone. They said those were finished and didn't replenish them, so we went without. The gym equipment was so rusty you could practically get tetanus from it. There are some good points, but a lot needs improvement.

The staff were great, the room was spotless, and its view was wonderful. We had a good stay and got to enjoy ourselves quite a bit. I did find the breakfast underwhelming compared with other hotels I've stayed at.

The location is quite far out, so you need a car for everything, and getting an Uber back can be difficult depending on where you've gone. The room had a wonderful view and good space, but heavy rain left it flooded and leaking. They couldn't fix it, and it only got better once the rain stopped. The double bed wasn't very comfortable. The air conditioning worked really well, while the shower had low flow and pressure and wasn't very hot. Breakfast was good, with a decent selection of fruit, cakes, and bread.

One of the worst hotels I've stayed in. The service was awful, and everyone seemed to do things reluctantly. They wouldn't even say good morning or good afternoon. I'll never come back.

I really enjoyed my stay. The view was wonderful, breakfast had plenty of variety, and the service was good. The pool area could use some maintenance, though, and the water had way too much chlorine.
