The rooms were clean and everything felt new, from the sheets and pillows to the bath kit with its great products. The air conditioning cooled well, and the staff were attentive and well prepared. I can't give five stars because breakfast was basic, with few choices, and didn't match the hotel's otherwise great setup. It would also help to have canopies over the parking spaces. When I went to get my car, the sun had heated it so much that it was impossible to get inside. Still, I think this hotel has everything it needs to become the best in Jaboticabal.

Terrible experience. Hotel terraço is a lesson in how not to do things. The receptionist made me pay the full amount upfront as soon as I arrived. Maybe she expected I'd hate the room: it was at the back of the hotel, smelled musty, had no window, and there was a huge spider web on the wall. Awful. When we tried to talk to her, she barely looked away from the WhatsApp message she was answering. The hotel was EMPTY when we arrived, but she still couldn't sort out the problem. Simply changing our room might have helped, but I don't think she was willing to help. Never coming back.

Sadly, the experience was disappointing. The hotel is new and the rooms are pleasant. I arrived without a reservation and paid for three nights at the front desk, but left at 7 in the morning on my second day. They wouldn't refund me, saying the rate was non-refundable and they couldn't apply that night's payment to another date or return the money. No one had mentioned at any point that the rate was non-refundable. I won't return, since the company has effectively already stopped me from staying there again.
