Residencial Gramado

We were disappointed because the house didn't match the photos. We booked it specifically because it was supposed to have a bedroom without carpet for respiratory reasons, but all the bedrooms were carpeted. The listing said four bedrooms, but there were only three, with four beds, and one room was connected to another. It also advertised three bathrooms with bidets, but there were only two, and just one had a shower enclosure. The Wi-Fi and subscription TV worked for only half our stay. The rest of the time we couldn't use them because the signal was missing or unstable. Their idea of clean didn't match ours. The house is simple and old, which isn't a problem in itself, but it needs much more thorough maintenance. There was a lot of dirt in the corners along the baseboards and ceiling trim, and plenty of spiders. Ants got into the food, the bathrooms had mold, and the old, torn mattresses smelled musty. The ceiling fans were noisy and unstable.
