This hotel is going downhill, and I wouldn't recommend it. There aren't enough staff to handle the demand, and the people working there seem grumpy. The building looks poor and dated, the rooms need renovating, the gym is deteriorating, and the pool was dirty. That elevator needs fixing urgently, and the whole place needs a major renovation. Breakfast was poor quality, with too few staff and not enough food for guests. We arrived at 9:00 and there was hardly anything left. The hotel needs a manager who pays the staff well. It feels like the employees have been left to run the place. I can't recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was spotless and everything worked perfectly, and the service was great. I booked the hotel for one night and requested decorations for our wedding anniversary, which they prepared with care. Breakfast was very good, and the value for money was just right.
