Birds and the sound of the stream make this place feel special. It’s surrounded by lush, beautiful nature.
Great.
The river could be a nice feature, but there are lots of rocks, so it’s not suitable for little kids. There are no benches or chairs by the water either, where adults could sit back and relax with their feet in the water. The pool is very deep, and there’s no safe area for children. The playground has hardly any equipment and is fully out in the sun, so it’s unusable when it’s hot. The room curtains don’t block the light well, so it gets bright early and makes it hard to sleep in. The food was another letdown. I ordered galinhada, but the serving was very small and had too many bones, which wasn’t what I expected for the price. The hotel seems to focus on quiet and nature, and those parts really are lovely, but the facilities and basic services fall short. If all you want is complete quiet and a beautiful view of nature, and you don’t care about activities or good meals, it may suit you. For what it costs, though, there’s very little offered and poor value. I don’t plan to return.
We stayed in a beautiful chalet with a TV and Netflix, and the setting was spectacular and great for photos. It’s a lovely place for couples to connect, relax, enjoy themselves, and eat well. A woman named Rizia welcomed me. She was very polite, helpful, and always ready to lend a hand, and the staff were accommodating too. I wanted to make sure I left a review because good things should be shared. I got engaged by the bonfire and came home with a wonderful memory, and as a fiancée ❤️💍. I hope to visit again. Congratulations to everyone!
