A handy stop near the border bridge before getting back on the road. The staff at reception were especially helpful and attentive. It’s a roadside hotel in a quiet, safe area, with basic rooms and facilities; a few things could use some maintenance. You can park on the street, and it felt safe even with a fully loaded car.

The bedding and towels were clean, and breakfast was simple but decent, with fresh bread, yogurt, juice, and cake. Those were about the only comforts. The facilities are in poor shape and need maintenance, and the room floor was dirty. The bathroom was particularly unpleasant, with grimy flooring, dirt crusted on the tiles, and a sewer smell. The room itself smelled of mold and mothballs, which made the stay uncomfortable. There was no guest Wi-Fi signal in the room. The reception had a signal, but staff weren’t allowed to share the password, so we had no internet and couldn’t even get a cell signal inside. Despite the breakfast and clean linens, the poor cleaning, bad odors, and lack of connection made the stay a bad experience. The hotel needs urgent improvements to its hygiene and facilities.

We paid 235 reais and were told checkout was at noon. For that price, the room was in poor condition, with no internet or cable. Honestly, this hotel is a disaster, and calling it a 4-star hotel is hard to believe. They really rip you off. I’ll never stay here again.

It’s a simple place that feels like home, and the owner and staff are really helpful.
