Hotel Pousada Jaguariuna

Great.

Just average.

Excellent value for money. It's simple, but clean and well organized. Mari welcomed me warmly and was very helpful.

The receptionists were warm, charming, and incredibly helpful, and the simple breakfast was perfectly okay. The property has potential, but the condition of the rooms and especially the bathrooms really disappointed me. The room itself was basic; the bathroom was awful. It was stained dark all over, with very poor finishes and an old window that was completely rusty. There was mold and grime throughout the shower, and the mirror was tiny, old, and dirty. The wall lights and fixtures were broken, and it was obvious the hotel is outdated and hasn't been maintained. In our suite, all three wall lights were broken. I forgot to take photos, so I know this might sound exaggerated, but the place gave me the impression that guests aren't valued. If something breaks at home, I replace it, repaint, and clean. A place meant for comfort and relaxation should take care of the basics too.
