The breakfast was excellent, with a full selection, and the staff were attentive, polite, and very helpful throughout my stay. The hotel's central location in Jales also made it easy to get around and reach shops and restaurants. My experience at Jales Center Hotel was mixed, though. The building and the room furniture are quite old. The TV barely worked properly, the Wi-Fi signal was unreliable, and the shower wouldn't get hot. Parking was another problem. Booking's description said the hotel had parking, but when I asked at reception, they told me to leave my motorcycle in the entrance hall.

The staff are polite and helpful, and breakfast is good. The hotel is well located, with rooms that have air conditioning, a TV, and a minibar. I'd recommend it.

The people working there were lovely, attentive, and gave great service. Breakfast was excellent too. But my room was fairly dirty, with dingy pillows, sheets, and towels. The bathroom window wouldn't shut, and there was a bird's nest with twigs reaching into the toilet. The air conditioner dripped water while I was sleeping. Everything looked quite old and unclean. The people were great, but the room had these issues.
