Vila da Sereia hostel e pousada

After reading the earlier reviews, I was a little worried, but I think the management has changed because my experience was completely different. I stayed eight days in the shared room and had a great stay. Eliane, who manages the place now, was around most of the time. We always had breakfast together, and she invited me to dinner and card games with friends a couple of times. Breakfast was delicious and generous, the coffee was fine, and she’d make more whenever it ran out. The rooms and bathroom were clean, though there’s sand around because of the wind, which can’t really be stopped. Eliane went out of her way to make us comfortable and listened to what we needed. I chatted with the neighbors most days, and they seemed friendly enough. The dorm is quite simple, with no AC and maybe not the best mattress, but I didn’t pay much for it.

The team was so nice and accommodating, and I had an amazing time at Vila da Sereaia. Breakfast was great too. I recommend it without hesitation. Thanks for everything 🙏

For two months, this was my Brazilian home and family, more than just a hostel. It’s well located, with a nice outdoor area to relax, and the breakfast was one of the best I had in Brazil. The dorms and shared spaces are basic, as you’d expect in a hostel, so don’t come looking for somewhere fancy. But if you want a home in icaraizinho, go there :)

I spent two weeks at Vila Da Sereia and had an amazing stay. My room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The hostesses were friendly, smiley, accommodating, and easy to communicate with. If you want good prices and a great stay, I’d recommend it.
