We stayed four days and never received fresh towels. There were none in the room when we arrived, and although reception said they would bring some after I called, nobody did. Our room also wasn't cleaned daily, for no apparent reason. The WiFi didn't work in our room, and reception never answered my complaint. The TV didn't work properly either.
The location was okay, and breakfast didn't offer much variety. The service was terrible, though. The receptionists were always in a bad mood and really rude. If I'd known, I would have picked another hotel. I won't come back or recommend it 😫
We stayed May 14-19, 2022, and everyone was so helpful. The staff get an A+, the food had fantastic choices, and the hotel was very clean. There was great entertainment, plus bike storage if you hire a bike. The spa downstairs was amazing and included in the hotel price, and the free slushy machine was a nice bonus. A genuinely great hotel, and we're looking forward to coming back.
Some guests play loud music late at night as if they have no regard for anyone else. At times it gets unbearable and is completely disrespectful to the other guests.
I was in Natal for a night out, and this was an excellent spot, close to bars and restaurants.
