The location is excellent, close to everything, and the comfort is worth mentioning too. The staff and people in charge are welcoming and helpful.

The parking area is tight, though manageable if you're comfortable parking; otherwise, leaving the car in front of the hotel felt quite safe. Breakfast was fair and well served, with friendly service. Don't judge it by the facade, which is a little worn and could use a fresh coat of paint. Inside, I was pleasantly surprised by how tidy everything was and by the service from Sr. Élio and César. My room, 109, was spacious and spotless, with a very comfortable bed, a hot shower, and a huge balcony overlooking the avenue. Great value for money, I'd recommend it.

The easy-to-reach location was another plus. From arrival right through checkout, we were treated very well. The reception, room, breakfast, cleaning, and overall organization all deserve praise. I was very satisfied and would recommend this hotel.
