The room had a strong smell, ants got in, and the air conditioner was noisy. Its outside unit had been placed on top of the casing from an old window AC, and the filters weren't cleaned. The bed was uncomfortable, and the only cover provided was one thin sheet, with no blanket. The bathroom sink was clogged and there was mildew on the shower tiles. They didn't even provide a small bottle of water. I also left payment until check-in and was charged more than the price shown on the site. They said the difference was for fees added when the booking was completed, but I checked afterward and found no such charges. For what they charge, it's not worth it. There are better inns for the same price.

The breakfast was a highlight, well prepared and tasty. From the start, I felt welcomed by the attentive, thoughtful service, even though it was simple. The whole place has a peaceful feel that really helped me slow down. Staying at this inn in Japaratinga felt cozy and pleasant, and I'll definitely return soon.
