Salata Hotel

Top!

Reception service was really good, especially at night. The room was clean, with a good bed and shower, and it felt fair for the price. Breakfast was the weak point, very basic, though it does fill you up.

There was even a cockroach. The furniture and sheets were dirty, the walls and tiles were disgusting, and the pillows seemed full of mites. Even the towel they provided was dirty. This is the dirtiest place I’ve ever walked into. If you’re reading this, don’t make the mistake of staying here!

In person, the staff were at least polite, though I don’t know if they were the same people from WhatsApp. The hotel itself is simple but clean, and breakfast is simple too. The restaurant where it’s served is pretty chaotic. Online service was the worst part. I called, and a rude guy told me to send a message, but they only answered WhatsApp starting Monday. Then they sent the price without even saying hi. I paid by Pix and got no reply, so I had to ask if it had gone through. All they sent back was “ok.” On the day of my stay, 15 days later, I asked about check-in and check-out times and got the number of a woman, again with no hello or anything. She told me they hadn’t even sent her the payment receipt, so my room probably wasn’t reserved at all. It felt like they didn’t care. They’re lucky they’re probably the only hotel in town, otherwise...
