Paradies Hotel Express

The biggest issue at Hotel Paradies Express was the management. The manager came across as rude and unprofessional, and her decisions left several guests uncomfortable. A package had been arranged just for Paulo's travelers, but she included family members in services that weren't part of the deal. At dinner, for example, pizza was taken only to those family members instead of being offered to all hotel guests, leaving out the travelers who had paid for the package. Those relatives shouldn't have been included in the stay. The food overall wasn't very good and could be much better organized. There are positives: the receptionists were excellent, polite, helpful, and keen to assist; the room was clean and orderly; and the leisure areas were pleasant and delivered what they promised for rest and fun. The hotel has potential, but the poor management and the manager's attitude really hurt the experience. This needs to be addressed so guests feel respected and valued.

The hotel is in a quiet, pleasant area with lots of greenery, which makes it a nice place to rest. This is my first time in Brazil, and even though I'm here for work, I've felt comfortable and very welcome. I'm really enjoying my stay at Paradies. The staff are extremely friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. I had an issue with the TV and WiFi, and they fixed it quickly and effectively, which made me feel well looked after. Breakfast is fresh, delicious, and has plenty of variety for different tastes. Well done to the whole team, I'll definitely come back!

I stayed here with a group over Reveillon and liked everything overall. The staff were excellent and attentive to the guests and our children. The food was very well prepared and served at the right temperature, although refills were a little slow. Some guests didn't wait their turn, taking half a pizza at once. There were plenty of other pasta dishes on the buffet, but unfortunately someone missed out because there wasn't enough time while others rushed the pizza. The same happened with the barbecue. Nobody was given special treatment, but some guests were inconsiderate, and the hotel should prepare better for refills during events. Manager Katiane was very helpful and present at all the events, treating everyone warmly. I saw her helping in the kitchen, with room cleaning, and at reception. She left nothing wanting. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Good evening. This was a horrible experience. The people were rude, especially a man called Márcio who says he's the manager. His behavior says plenty. He was rude and disgusting, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
