The staff were polite and attentive, and both the room and bathroom were clean. The bed was great, and breakfast had a good range of decent food. Well done, we'll be back!

For a room costing 165,00, I expected more, especially in low season. I stayed just eight hours, but left disappointed. The bathroom smelled old and unpleasant, though it didn't seem to be a cleaning issue. They advertised cable TV, but only four channels came in, all free-to-air, including Globo and TV Aratu. Breakfast was my biggest letdown. It was scheduled from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM, but when I went down, the attendant said it had already run out. Having to get up early at a hotel just to catch breakfast is ridiculous. The minibar items were extremely expensive, as is typical in hotels, and they even charged for using the minibar if you wanted to store something like water. A bottle of water cost 5,00 and was a brand I found questionable. The room menu listed Ruffles chips for 7,00, but they actually brought a cheap substitute. My rating reflects what I got for the price. They also required payment up front at check-in, which made me wonder if that was meant to stop guests from backing out of the room rental.

The bed was uncomfortable, the bathroom was tiny, and there wasn't even toilet paper. We stayed overnight with my wife in a room we'd chosen for its air conditioning, but the AC didn't work, so we had to ask for a fan. The attendant offered a different room on the third floor, but my wife has a back problem and couldn't accept it. Breakfast was reasonable. In the morning, when we talked to the manager about the AC, we were treated very badly. You also have to go up the street to reach the parking lot. My advice is to stay away.

The rooms are cramped and the equipment barely works. Apart from the receptionists, no one seemed to try to make the stay pleasant, and the team needs better training. Breakfast was very poor.
