The facilities are attractive, but the customer service and management were unacceptable. We booked the best room available, yet were told we had an “inferior room” (literally), which was apparently why there was no shampoo in the bathroom. The bigger problem was the payment. We made a reservation through their official WhatsApp and paid the full 500 USD they requested there. A week before our trip, they said their WhatsApp had been hacked and asked us to pay the full amount again. Since the compromised channel was theirs, we consider that their responsibility. We requested a police report so we could seek a refund from our credit card company, but they never sent one. They also refused compensation and wouldn't take responsibility for the internal issue. Be extremely careful when booking here.

We loved our stay, especially the comfortable bed and the relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast was a 100. I'd definitely come back.

The rooms are roomy, and the wooden wall and curtain setup is unusual but works well. Staff are friendly, breakfast is simple but has everything, and the central location is convenient. The pool is small but pleasant. If you're into that sort of thing, there are a few large iguanas roaming the garden.

Set on the edge of Jeri, it was wonderfully quiet at night. The chalets are lovely duplexes, with a well-kept garden and pool. We saw large iguanas come down from the trees to drink, and there were friendly cats around too. The bar is handy for drinks and snacks, and our room had a hot tub, excellent internet, and the best cable TV selection I've had on this trip in the northeast of Brazil. Breakfast was great. When the women preparing it found out we were vegetarian, they kindly added vegetable muffins and mini vegetarian pasties. I also had two bowls of the excellent homemade yogurt.
