It was a poor experience.

The flat felt very poorly managed. The receptionist seemed to handle everything, including managing the place and cleaning the rooms, and the cleaning was inadequate. The cable TV never worked during our stay; she said there were technical problems, and the Wi-Fi was out too. I had requested a room for three, but there was no single bed for my daughter when we arrived. After I asked, they brought a double mattress that smelled of urine and a dirty sheet, which I returned right away. My daughter ended up sleeping on the living room sofa. Our room also had only two plates and two glasses, so we had to ask for more. For the nightly price, I could have stayed at a much better inn. I hated it.

The room smelled bad and had no sheets or towels, and the photos on their profile were from a different hotel, except for the facade. Their Instagram advertised breakfast, but we were told there wasn't any. We only found out where the photos came from after a long argument and a trip to the police station, when they put us in another hotel of theirs and we saw the pictures matched that place. The person handling reception, management, and housekeeping was extremely rude. She argued with guests and shouted at us. Check-in took place on the sidewalk after we waited half an hour, and there wasn't even a bench to sit on. At the station, the police told us they'd already been called there four times that morning for incidents involving them. Don't get caught up in this mess.
