I felt completely disrespected. I had booked a January vacation and paid half the cost by bank transfer, then 12 days later they messaged me on WhatsApp to say the reservation was cancelled because they were going to close. Was that really not known 12 days earlier? Were they that desperate for money? They showed no concern for my experience or for the losses I might face, especially since I had already bought my tickets. Please improve how you handle this, or you’ll never make progress.
