Leidy, the hotel manager, and the rest of the staff were attentive and gave us all the help we needed. Her tapioca at breakfast was delicious too. We were welcomed warmly into a pleasant, clean, airy place. The rooms are large and comfortable, with a huge TV and a small kitchen if you need one. I'd recommend staying here. I'm already missing it and want to come back.

We loved our stay and I recommend it. Our family of four was very comfortable, and the 24-hour front desk was convenient. Breakfast was delicious, and every staff member was so kind and welcoming, without exception. The reception was excellent, the rooms were spacious, and everything was new, exceptionally clean, and very well organized.

I had a really good experience staying here in Jeri and was treated very well. Ana Cristina at breakfast was especially attentive to us. I'd recommend the place and hope to come back with my family.

We stayed at Pousada União for three days. It was clean and welcoming, and Leidy was always ready to answer questions and help us out. She was so friendly. I'm grateful to her and everyone else at the pousada.
