We stayed for seven days in one of the cheaper, smaller rooms, which was really just for sleeping and showering. A shelf for clothes would help make better use of the space, and I found the mattress too soft. Breakfast was good, though a few more choices would be nice. The people were wonderful throughout. Mayele handled our reservation warmly, Elias and the reception team were always helpful, and the women who kept the rooms clean and organized were lovely. Jairo at breakfast was attentive and cheerful. The hotel is in a good location and the service was excellent. I hope they can consider these small room improvements. My sincere thanks, and I do recommend it.

I wasn't happy with the room. The bed was too soft and small, there was only a thin sheet to cover up with, and the towels were very thin too. Another shelf for storing things would help, and the hallway was so noisy we could hear people walking past and talking loudly all the time. We stayed five days, and it would have been helpful to be able to split the credit card payment into more installments. The location is good, and the staff were excellent and helpful. Breakfast was okay, though it could use a bit more variety.

The staff seem kind, but they need someone to guide them. The breakfast was poor quality, with something always missing. Once the cups had run out, so I went to the kitchen door to ask for some. Four employees were inside having breakfast while the dining room was packed. We were three people sharing one room, which was fine, but every day we had to go downstairs to get towels because there weren't enough, and we had to fetch water ourselves too. Unfortunately, I didn't like the hotel and wouldn't recommend it to my friends.

The rooms smelled bad, and there were ants in them. There was no phone to call reception, and the pool wasn't very clean. Breakfast didn't offer many choices either. During our stay I also noticed stains on the towels and bed linen, and the room wasn't cleaned properly. The hotel really fell short.
