The view from our room was a real highlight. The hotel sits high on a hill, and from the balcony we could see Joaçaba spread out below us. The bathroom was good and clean, and the room itself was clean, comfortable, and a good size for two. I did miss having a dim light option, so we wouldn’t have to turn on the main light. Breakfast was another highlight, served on the top floor under big windows with a panoramic city view. The staff were attentive and helpful throughout our wonderful stay. There’s a secure parking area, but the street is quiet, so if there’s space, leaving the car in front of the hotel seems safe too. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, including on the hotel’s street. I wouldn’t suggest walking back, though, since the uphill route can be rough if you’re not in great shape, haha.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The room was quite small, and there’s no laundry service. Air conditioning also costs extra on top of the room rate, which is unusual since it’s normally part of the basic service. In summer, if you don’t know Joaçaba, staying in a room without AC is nearly impossible. There isn’t much to enjoy at the hotel, and there’s no pool.

The breakfast was outstanding, and the rooms were cleaned and organized fantastically. The hotel is cozy, close to the center, and has wonderful panoramic views. The staff were relaxed and friendly, too. We’d recommend it without a doubt and will be back soon.

The city view is incredible, and the rooms are clean with comfortable beds. The TV has access to several apps if you like watching shows or similar. Breakfast was the real standout: in more than 150 hotels I’ve stayed in, none have matched its huge variety. It’s served on the building’s top floor, so you can enjoy a fantastic view while eating. A hundred out of a hundred. One suggestion: have an iron available for guests, or recommend someone who can do the ironing.

Breakfast had lots of options, and the room was clean and comfortable with a panoramic city view. The reception team are always quick and friendly. I recommend it!
