The view is good and the accommodation is nice, but getting there is really difficult because the road is in very poor condition. The reservoir was about 15 meters below its usual level, so it wasn't very appealing. There was too much summer rain, and the high elevation made it colder than other vacation spots with better facilities. With this #plandemia, being forced to wear a mask outdoors made no sense to me. We left the city to enjoy nature, not to wear a mask outside. The customer service and entertainment were better elsewhere. I’d suggest looking for warmer places with easier access and fewer absurd open-air restrictions. The climate and access were both poor for such a long trip.

The grounds were so carefully kept, and the leisure areas were lovely. Our chalet was spotless, comfortable, and neatly arranged, which made it easy to settle in and relax. The only sounds we heard during the stay were birds singing, and that made it feel like a real break to recharge. dona Marli and seu Raimundo were wonderful hosts, warm and attentive, and ready to help whenever we needed anything. We’d happily come back and recommend the place.

The landscaping is gorgeous, and the whole place feels cozy. The owners are really attentive, and the maritacas kept us company every morning. I loved it here and can't get over the place. The pool is heated, and the chalets have different layouts. Each one has a microwave and coffee maker, so you can put together a quick snack or breakfast. Depending on the chalet, there are also dishes and utensils, plus clean towels and bedding. The area has plenty of different outings to explore.
