The rooftop pool was a highlight, with clean water and a great view over the beach and center. Breakfast had plenty of choices, and reception is staffed 24/7. Booking was easy, the hotel is close to the beach, and the beach walk is lovely at night. The clerks were kind across all shifts, and there’s camera-monitored hotel parking nearby. The room could use a little improvement, though it was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

The rooftop pool was great, and I enjoyed sitting there with a drink. Still, I probably wouldn't stay again. It felt like a cheesy chain hotel, and the room cards were a hassle: you needed one to get into the building, while another had to stay in the room slot to keep the electricity on. Getting a second card from Anjos Praia staff seemed nearly impossible. You also can't leave devices plugged in while you're out unless that card is left in the slot. Many rooms look out onto a garage or street.

There’s a pool if you'd rather swim than go to the beach, which is really close by. The rooms are good, the shower has hot and cold water, and breakfast includes some regional foods.

Stay away from this horrible place. I forgot my mask in my room and, when I tried to get it, they called the police on me.
