Bauten Cabo Branco por Carpediem

This stay was a really bad experience. The booking failed, and the extra half-period we paid for early check-in didn’t get us in early. We arrived at 2:00 am as planned, but they said we couldn’t check in, so I spent 12 hours alone around town before finally getting into the place. The listing said parking was included, but they told me there wasn’t any. The staff seemed poorly prepared and weren’t friendly. Definitely a no from me. I’d spend a little more and stay at a hotel.

Avoid this place unless you want a frustrating stay. Our room had sand on the floor and blood on one of the mattresses. There wasn’t parking for all the guests, the internet was awful, and when we asked for a pillow for the extra bed, they said they didn’t have one. The staff didn’t seem able to solve any problems. The building manager was on vacation, and there was nobody else to handle anything. A terrible stay. I don’t recommend it.

We stayed August 24-28, 2025 in Aniki’s flat, probably room 215. It was very cute, clean, and well organized, with a comfortable room, air conditioning, a Smart TV, and kitchen utensils. I even got to spend my birthday there. The bathroom was spacious, and when we had an issue with the shower, Aniki sorted it out right away. The location in Cabo Branco is excellent, near the beach, markets, bakeries, a drinks stand, restaurants, and other shops. We walked everywhere. There’s a 24-hour front desk, and entry to both the gate and room is by code. Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Parking is limited and shared, and the pool and barbecue area are common spaces. It was a peaceful stay at a good price, ideal for couples.
