I spent a week in an apartment at Edifício One Way, and it went beyond what I expected. There’s a modern gym, useful laundry room, and a great coworking space if you need to get work done. The rooftop pool has a breathtaking view and is a lovely place to unwind; from my high floor, I also had a beautiful view over the city. The parking is very spacious, the 24-hour reception made me feel secure, and the games room was a nice extra. Highly recommended for comfort, leisure, and a well-equipped building.

I booked through @flat207oneway.joaopessoa on Instagram and recommend staying here. The flat is great, there’s a good gym, and the rooftop has a pool and barbecue area. The city view is incredible, especially at sunset. 🌅👍🏻😍

The rooftop was really nice, and the gym and garage spaces were good too. The location is good as well. A couple of things about apto 205: the double bed is 1.40 m wide, and the air conditioner doesn’t keep the temperature shown on its remote. Still, it was a good stay.

The building is beautiful and very well managed. It was spotless, and every staff member we met during our short stay was polite and attentive. The location is excellent, with a bakery and supermarket nearby.
