I spent a week here on a business trip, not a vacation. Coming back from work to good food and a few beers with an ocean view was a nice part of the stay, and the beach was pleasant. But my room was near the activity area, where loud music played late into the night and made it hard to sleep. The rooms also aren't sealed well, so bugs get in. The mosquitoes inside were awful, and I got bitten quite a bit. It's a long way from the city and pretty much anywhere else.

The food was great, with Brazilian and northeastern dishes for different tastes, including a vegan option. I had a really good time, and the service was very good too. When I found my safe was broken, they fixed it very quickly. The beach is beautiful and directly accessible from the hotel.

The pools are fine, and you can make use of the tennis facilities and go snorkeling, so bring your racquet and gear. There's a nice beach right out front, plus a great selection of food and drinks in the main restaurant. A very nice resort hotel.

We arrived late, but they made sure we had food. We stayed late doing passion, and they helped by holding our bags. I can't tell if this was Brazil or just this place, but the service went above and beyond and they made sure we had what we needed. The resort was pretty, had lots to do, and had great beach access.
