We needed separate beds for my three elderly parents and grandparent, so we booked two rooms. Instead, they put us in one room with a full-size bed and a pull-out/bunk setup, which just wasn't suitable for elderly adults. When we brought it up, the staff wouldn't work with us or offer a refund. They showed no flexibility around what we needed, and the stay was really disappointing. I wouldn't recommend Breeze Residence.

The location is great, near a mall, restaurants, and a bakery, and the front desk staff were really helpful and attentive. There's laundry and a pool with a lovely view of the waterfront. The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen, a bed, a table and chair, and somewhere to put clothes, though there were no hangers. The bathroom is large, but the shower had no door or place to set soap and shampoo. The room felt very small, with hardly any space to move around.

Everything was clean in this new building, and the facilities are complete, with a gym, heated pool, and accessibility. Reception was great too, the women there were polite.

The modern condominium has plenty to offer, including an infinity pool, sauna, OMO laundry, and even a little market. It's a very pleasant place to stay in João Pessoa, with a relaxed feel and practical amenities. Breeze Residence is in a privileged spot, practically right on the sand, so getting to the sea is easy.
